How To Get BSNL Call History Last 6 Months : 7 Methods Explained
If you have a BSNL Sim and want to get your BSNL number’s call history, you can get it with a few simple steps. Depending on the method you apply, you can get last 5 call details, 1 month, last 6 months or 1 year call history. In this guide, I’m going to share all the methods you can use to get your BSNL call history.
How To Get BSNL Call History Last 6 Months
Method 1 – Using E2PDF App
E2PDF is a third party app that allows you to export all calls history to a pdf file. Here is how you can use it –
- Go to Playstore/Appstore
- Search E2PDF and install the app
- Open the app, agree to the terms of use
- Then click on proceed
- Then click on – Click to continue
- After that click on General Call Log
Choose the type of call history you want such as – only dialed calls, missed calls, received calls or you can select Call Log Details to get all types of call history.
- After selecting the type, select date range.
- Give any name to the PDF
- And click on Export To PDF
- After that give permission to access phone and contacts (Allow call and contacts)
Then you will get your pdf with all your call history. It will be downloaded to your phone. You will get to know which number called you on what day, time, and duration of the call. This is how you can get your BSNL call history in a pdf.
Method 2 – Using My BSNL App
My BSNL is the official app to access your call history and other services. Follow these steps to get Last 5 call history –
- Install the MY BSNL App from Playstore
- Open the app and accept the Terms and condition
- Now do the registration by entering your name, mobile number, email and set a password for your account and click Submit.
- Next, Click on Add Account
- Then select GSM Prepaid and add your BSNL number and tap on Submit.
- Then you will see your Number on the Accounts tab.
- Tap it to see your BSNL plan and expiry date.
- Now at the bottom of the page, click on Last 5 call details, to get your Call history.
Method 3 – Using USSD Code
This is a fast and simple way to get Last 5 call details on BSNL number.
Here is how to do it –
- Open your phone’s Dialer
- Dial *123# using your BSNL number
- A pop up menu will appear with options.
- Type 7 for View last 5 Calls and tap Send.
- If the option is not at 7 number type 8 for others to go to the next menu where you will get the option.
- After selecting the correct option number, tap Send to get call history
- Type 1 and send to get all the 5 calls details.
You’ll get a popup including the number, date, time and duration.
That’s it, its the easiest and simple way to check call history.
How To Get BSNL Call History Last 6 Months
Method 4 – Using SMS
This method involves sending an SMS from your BSNL number and you will receive a reply which will include call duration, number, time and date.
Here is what you need to send –
Type LAST FIVE or LAST 5 and send it to 53733, and you will receive a message with last 5 call history.
Method 5 – BSNL CEC
All incoming and outgoing calls are recorded in a call data record (CDR). To get access to call records history you need to contact your operator i.e. BSNL if you use a BSNL SIM.
You can visit your nearest BSNL Customer Experience center (CEC) and submit a request for the call details of incoming and outgoing calls. You may need to provide a valid identification and explain the reason for your request. You can call customer support or visit a BSNL office. To get call history you may have to pay a nominal fee.
Method 6 – BSNL Self care portal
The BSNL self care portal is the official web portal for customer to manage their services and accounts. Here is how you can use it to get call history –
- Visit the Portal – https://selfcare.bsnl.co.in/
- Log in to your account
- If you don’t have an account, register by providing your name, number, email and other details.
- Once you log in to your account, go to the Usage Details section
- Select your BSNL number
- Then you can view history of your last 5 calls.
Method 7 – Request detailed bill
For postpaid BSNL users, you can request a detailed bill which includes a comprehensive call history. here is how to request –
1. Using the BSNL portal
- Log in to the BSNL self care portal
- Go to the billing section
- Request a detailed bill for your postpaid account
2. At a BSNL office
You can also request a printed detailed bill at your nearest BSNL office. You may need to pay a small fee and provide valid identification like Aadhar card.
